• A request from law enforcement, regulatory or financial intelligence authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon voluntary account closure by a player, any outstanding real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing.
